Owners and Operational
Café San Miguel is the creative
brainchild of Interior Designer Ron
Guest (right). A native of
Kingsville, Texas, Guest has
become a sought-after restaurant
designer in Dallas. His credits
include Taverna, Aurora, Café
Toulouse and Mariano's Hacienda
Ranch. Café San Miguel is Guest's
first venture as an owner. Hugo
Galván (left) is a native of San
Miguel de Allende and provides
much-needed operational
know-how.
